“It feels very rewarding to be able to use my background and experience enabling people to share their complete stories and document important parts of their lives, something their descendants can benefit from for a long time, and on various levels”
About
Kim was born in Basel, Switzerland, and did her sound and visual art studies at The Art Institute of Chicago. After many years in southern Europe, the Middle East and USA, she moved to Oslo, Norway in 1994. Since then she has been engaged in a number of local and international exhibitions and art projects.
Kim has worked with sound and visual tools as a teacher, and individually, since her student days. Her chosen subjects were art history, drawing, painting and editing for TV production, spiced up with sound synthesis, sampling, and more.
The Art Institute of Chicago.
